One of the greatest lessons of Saul Alinsky, the father of community organization, was that if radicals want to create a Marxist state, they must first gain power (i.e. the Presidency). And if they seek to gain power, they must hide both their radical past and their radical intentions…it must all be done “on the sly.”

And that is where a fellow named Barack Obama comes in.  He is the disguise.

His past is replete with radical associations but he blithely slides by them–testifying that “that’s not the Jeremiah Wright I knew” or Bill Ayers is “just someone from my neighborhood.” Because he lies with such aplomb and absence of contrition, some folks–many folks–believe he is telling the truth.

Obama has hidden himself and his radical agenda in plain view. He has camouflaged himself with his Cheshire cat smile and cool demeanor.

Obama’s rhetorical window-dressing is easily recognizable as Alinskyesque camouflage. New annual spending of more than $340 billion, as estimated by the National Taxpayers Union, is merely a wish to “recast” the safety net woven by FDR and LBJ, as Obama describes it in his writings. The free market is disparaged as a “winner-take-all” economy. Big tax increases masquerade as “restoring fairness to the economy.” (Source: IBD)

And if we think that the current financial crisis will prevent Obama from implementing his ambitious Marxist plans (plans so ambitious that most CEO’s recently polled said they “would bankrupt the country within three years”), we need to consider what Obama’s idol Alinsky thought of our economy…

Capitalism always was considered the enemy. “America’s corporations are a spiritual slum,” he wrote, “and their arrogance is the major threat to our future as a free society.” (Source IBD)

Now it becomes clear.

The current financial crisis is not only NOT a barrier to Obama’s Socialist plans, it provides the perfect vehicle.

Of course Obama will bankrupt the system–it’s all part of the plan.

The capitalist system must be destroyed so Obama’s Change agents can ride to the rescue and construct his Marxist state over its burned-out remains.  In fact, with the talk of Government nationalizing some banks, it looks like it has already begun.

At last…Hope and Change ala Alinsky…and Obama!
