I watched Mukasey tonite on C-SPAN (video taped on 2/13/2010) give his unreserved opinion on the Administration’s mishandling of the UndieBomber. In searching for a tape of that interview so that I might present it here, all I could find was this interview with Greta. Mukasey very succinctly makes the case that the Administration decision to place Abdulmutallab in a civilian court certainly put America at a great disadvantage in a manner approaching criminal negligence.
