Obama Birth Certificate/Supreme Court Review finally picked up by MSM (Guardian UK)
Even though it isn’t a U.S. news source, it is gratifying to see that at least one of the MSM has the guts to report on this story. The Guardian UK ran the following headline today (on the home page of its web site)

There is a huge amount of confusion as to what the Constitution says about the “natural born citizenship” requirement to serve as President and there seems to be just as much confusion as to why such a requirement is important.
Frank Salvato, in today’s New Media Journal, does a good job of explaining why the Founders and Framers saw fit to include this requirement in our constitution and why it still matters. Here is an excerpt (emphasis added)…

Supreme Court to review Obama citizenship case “in conference”
We have all been keeping an eye on this issue, to see if it gains traction, but, so far, this is the only glimmer of hope. This is the Donofrio suit filed in NJ. It was submitted to and rejected by Souter…and later resubmitted to Thomas.
It is now scheduled for conference on December 5th. As you may know, conferences are private gatherings in which the justices review cases and decide which ones to accept for formal review.
